The 3 V's of Goal Setting

1. Verbalise - Tell yourself in positive terms what you are going to do. After that, also tell someone you can trust what you plan to do.

2. Visualise - Actually see yourself doing or accomplishing the goal you set.

3. Vitalise - Take action and do what you said you want to do.
