Tips to Manage Stress

1. Exercise regularly.

2. Think positive thoughts. Negative thinking compounds your stress.

3. Spend time with nature e.g. go to the beach, go for a bushwalk, stand on top of a mountain etc.

4. Do things that will make you happy. Have a laugh and some fun. Don't take life too seriously.

5. Spoil yourself. Get a massage.

6. Take 3 deep breaths (in through the nose, out through the mouth) to relax and calm yourself.
