Tips to Sleep Better

1. Eat a light meal in the evening.

2. Have a warm/relaxing bath before bed.

3. Exercise daily.

4. Make sure your bedroom room is dark, low in noise, comfortable in temperature and well ventilated.

5. Quiet your mind before bedtime with relaxation techniques.
